A wine made from selected Traminer grapes grown in a vineyard in the village of Slantchevo, Varna region. The Traminer wine displays complex aromatics of dominating rose with nuances of honey and citrus fruits. The palate is alluring, with an elegant and pleasant aftertaste of rose and grapefruit. Limited batch of 7,200 bottles.

TRAMINER VRACHANSKA TEMENUGA

This wine displays the nobility of the Traminer grape combined with the originality of the domestic grape variety Vrachanska Temenuga. The blend brings together the specificities of the terroirs of two vineyards in the Varna region. Rose and lychee aromas are complemented by nuances of violet and wax. Limited batch of 9,000 bottles.

CHARDONNAY BARREL FERMENTED

This wine is produced from selected Chardonnay grapes from the region of Varna. Both the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation were completed in new French oak barrels, followed by a 6-month aging of the wine in the same barrels. It displays attractive aromas featuring strong notes of coco-nut, vanilla and citrus fruits. A balanced and complex palate with a mild citric nuance and a long aftertaste. Limited batch of 14,900 bottles.

CHARDONNAY GRAND SELECTION

A limited selection of the finest barrels of the vintage, this wine is produced from selected grapes harvested from the Borovets vineyard near Varna. It is a wine possessing an intensive aroma dominated by vanilla, butter and truffles. The palate is harmonious and rich, full-bodied, combined with buttery flavour, warm character and very long aftertaste with nuances of roasted nuts. Limited batch of 2,600 bottles.

Merlot from the region of Svilengrad, vinified in small-size oak fermentation containers with a subsequent malolactic fermentation, and matured in French oak barrels. An impressing red wine with the aromas of ripe forest black berries, coffee and spices. A fine mild flavour with an elegant velvety finish.

The wine is a selection of the best barrels of the vintage and has been made from selected grapes from the region of the town of Ljubimetz and Svilengrad.




“It has deep garnet colour. The nose is intensive, sayoury, dominated by black berries and spices. The taste is concentrated, dense, harmonious and rich with warm character and chocolate nuances. With a very long finish, velvet tannins and accent on black barries, spices and cocoa.”

A young red wine made from selected grapes from the region of Sandanski. A deep red colour with bluish-purple hues, an attractive aroma of morello cherry and ripe red and black forest berries, a lasting palate, impressively rich and mellow, gradually passing into a fresh fruity finish.
